Job Description:
Haritash Group is looking for a Guest Experience Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving performance, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Actively participate in marketing initiatives and referral programs to generate qualified leads.
Drive lead conversion to meet monthly retail targets.
Maintain regular contact with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
Ensure a warm and professional showroom experience, including refreshments and lounge comfort.
Conduct customer need analysis, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives to create compelling product experiences.
Present tailored product offerings and clearly communicate how our vehicles outperform competitors.
Support customers in arranging vehicle finance.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in automotive sales or customer relationship management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
